Simply put, these two are best friends. In the truest, most heartfelt, fun way. It doesn't take long for someone to see the connection between them. Just watching the way they look at each other brings a smile to anyone's face. I think it's safe to say that each person left Blake and Lisa's ceremony with a desire to love deeper. That, and with sore feet, from dancing the night away.
Lisa and Blake,
This was one of the biggest day of your life, yet just a simple stepping stone to the days ahead. I hope these pictures will always remind you of the ways the Lord has blessed you and brought you to this place; right here, right now. May that deep love that is so evident continue to grow and foster, continually blessing others in it's path. Enjoy your new home in Chicago!! (I'm so excited you'll only be a few hours away now!)
I spent the whole morning with Lisa, so I could have an entire post just dedicated to how gorgeous she is. But, in order to be fair to Blake, I'll stick to just a few ;)
Can you tell they are sisters?
and that these boys are brothers?
There were a few tears shed behind the camera too...
MARRIED!
Lisa personified Pinterest when it came to her wedding. She wanted everything handmade and personal, including her boutique:
Now, for some bride and groom love...
Models.
Blake and
Lisa love their microbrews and served three of their favorites at
the wedding. They also used some of their favorite bottles as decorations throughout the reception. Matt, Lisa's brother-in-law, is a graphic designer and
took their theme and ran with it. You can check out more of his
incredible work

Toasts!
and the first dance as Mr. & Mrs!
I know, these two are pretty great!
